    Privacy Policy
    We guarantee no sharing or selling of your personal information with other parties. We request your email address so we can respond to your inquiries, communicate with you on your orders, and occasionally send you exciting news and offers from AquaNew, L.L.C.

    Product Returns and Exchanges
    For products purchased through the AquaNew, L.L.C. website, we guarantee your 100% satisfaction with Watt-Ahh®. We will give you a refund upon notification of product dissatisfaction within 14 days of the date of receipt ("return authorization" herein); Or notification of damage on your copy of the Bill of Laden (BOL) upon receipt of delivery of pallet(s) holding cases of Water and notification to AquaNew, L.LC. within 24 hours of freight delivery. For pallet or freight deliveries, please visit Product Damage during Shipment Policy below.

    For shipments of Water, excluding freight pallet shipments, please contact us by email at Inquiries@AquaNew.com or call 1-888-936-2782 to make arrangements for payment of a refund upon return of unopened, intact and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt of a return authorization. You may request an exchange instead of a refund when requesting a return authorization. When sending a return order, please include your mailing address, a copy of the receipt and write on the box, the number provided by us as part of the return authorization. Shipping on returned items is not refundable except up to $20 will be included in the refund to you. When you contact us for a return authorization, we will provide the shipping address. No refunds will be provided without a return authorization number, or for freight pallet deliveries of Water, no adjustments in your invoice without a copy of the BOL identifying damage at the time of delivery.

    Product Shipping, Excluding Freight Pallet Shipments
    Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) for delivery. We will ship your order within 14 days of receipt of your order payment. We will notify you if we have a back order that delays shipping beyond 14 days and we will cover the shipping cost up to $20. This offer is not available when the customer at the time of ordering online is notified that the product is temporarily out of stock.

    Product Damage During Shipping
    If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at Inquiries@AquaNew.com or call 1-888-936-2782 so we can assign a return authorization and send product replacement to you. No replacement product will be provided without a return authorization number.

    When AquaNew, L.L.C. ships your pallet of water, we will wrap the pallet and its contents in shrink wrap and cardboard, with notation to the freight company not to Top Load. On the Bill of Laden (BOL), we will specify no Top Load and identify the number of cases on the pallet. We also affix several “Fragile” stickers on the packing cardboard. Unfortunately, even with these precautions, some cases may be damaged in transit. Our Product Damage During Shipment Policy is summarized below:

    Do Not sign the BOL for your shipment until you have inspected it for damage.You should request the truck driver to wait while you break down/open/inspect each case of Water. If any case or contents is damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

    • Note it clearly on the Bill of Lading or BOL before signing it
    • Count the number of cases received as we noted on the BOL
    • If possible, please take photos of any damaged cases of Water.
    • Keep your copy of the BOL
    • Contact AquaNew at 888-936-2782 so we can adjust your invoice accordingly for any damage as documented on your copy of the BOL.

    If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the Bill of Lading or BOL, we CANNOT guarantee any adjustment in your invoice since the claim will likely be denied by the freight carrier. However, our objective is to maintain our customers’ satisfaction and any claims submitted by AquaNew have a better chance of acceptance by the freight carrier when these steps are taken. We appreciate your cooperation in following steps to comply with standards and policies set by the freight carriers.

    Product Cancellation
    No cancellation is accepted once the order has been shipped to you.

    Company Name on Cardholder's Statement
    Our company name, AquaNew, L.L.C., and contact number 1-888-936-2782 should appear on your statement.

    Late Payment
    We have a customer-friendly payment policy that can be rescinded or modified, at any time, should the Company determine a customer is not timely on payments.  This policy focuses on orders that are processed and paid by our customers, independent from the use of our on-line secure shopping cart.

    For local purchases of Water, we offer a Net 30 or 30-day time period to our customers to make sure they are 100% satisfied with our product.  The deadline for payment will appear on each invoice.  This is unique in the consumable food and beverage industry since grocery stores require payment before taking the products home.  Plus we provide at this time, free delivery in the metro Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida area.  Should a customer show a pattern of late payments, it will be the Company’s sole discretion to require advance payment. either credit card or cash, prior to the Company agreeing to fill any order request.  We will assess a $20 fee for any bounced check or for any open account over 60 days late, 2% late charge or a minimum of $20 for each late month thereafter.

    For pallet orders, we will request credit card information to guarantee payment.  The customer will receive a final invoice from the Company once we receive confirmation of actual shipping costs and at that time, we will confirm with the customer their preferred form of payment.  Should payment not be provided within 15 days of delivery, the Company will process payment using the customer’s credit card information.

    The best ideas come from our customers. We encourage adults over 18 years of age to contact us or visit the Ask Melinda link (http://blog.AquaNew.com) to send us comments, suggestions, and ideas, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory or otherwise injurious to any party and free from software viruses, commercial solicitation or any form of "Spam". We reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to remove or edit such content. We monitor our website on a regular basis and strive to maintain accurate, educational, and wholesome information for our customers.

    Disputes
    Our company policy is to have all customers satisfied with their experience of visiting the AquaNew website and enjoying Watt-Ahh®, Ultra-pure Drinking Water. Any dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration under the laws of the State of Florida, except that, to the extent someone in any manner violates or threatens to violate AquaNew's intellectual property rights or license issued by LSG Holdings, Inc., AquaNew, L.L.C. may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Florida with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

    Reservation
    AquaNew, L.L.C. reserves the right to make changes to our website and policies. If any policy is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that policy may be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Company policies.
